Recipes - Peach Float

INGREDIENTS:

 

6 fl oz chilled Ginger Ale

 

1 3 fl oz scoop of Peach ¡Hola Fruta!® Sherbet

 

1 wedge lime                                                   

 

*** Club soda may be used, but it contains mineral salts, such a s sodium bicarbonate, which impacts the flavor of the soda slightly. Seltzer, and other carbonated waters, are pure water 

 

Scoop ¡Hola Fruta!® Sherbet into a tall glass.  Add chilled Ginger Ale.  Garnish with a wedge of lime.

If you will be serving several people, you can scoop the ¡Hola Fruta!® Sherbet ahead of time.

 

Place wax paper on a chilled plate or cookie sheet to set the scoops on.  Cover with plastic wrap and store in the freezer until you are ready to prepare the drinks.

 

It is best to pre-cool all ingredients, as well as the glasses.  The colder the better.
